KAUS is a large multi-insurance company that has mainly covered small businesses for over 30+ years. We are looking to expand their 350 insurance offerings to be available for individuals as well as business.
We are looking to modernize their website and attract the Millennial demographic. They wish to offer bundled packages and are interested to know which products would best suit their needs.
KAUS requires a redesigned responsive website, research data on the target demographic, and a brand refresh with a new logo. I set up 5 stages that will help create the most efficient design.
We must first empathize and understand our users.

The paws.db association would like to create a responsive website to bring awareness and possibly higher adoption rates by partnering with shelters all over the country to create a modern and attractive database. They are looking to create a platform that allows users to view animals in any participating shelter across the country. This website should also have the easy ability for shelters to update the information. They would also like a re-branding of company name, and logo, colors scheme, and identity.

Spotify is currently the popular choice based on the number of users. However, they would still like to use empathy and research to continue adding features. User Interviews have been scheduled along with an online survey to help get deeper into the minds of music streamers. Our goal is to locate music streamers and gain some insight into how they use music streaming in everyday life. Even when things are agreeable, there will always be some recommendations on making the experience even better. Our time will be spent learning all the small and large demands that could & should be met.

I was challenged to design a healthcare app that allows users to manage, control, and improve their diabetes. The app will first be designed for Android devices which include the challenge of adhering to the Material Design and Google branding guidelines for Android. The Google ARIA is a combination of a wearable patch the size of an circular EKG sticker and your mobile device. With the ability to inject slow-acting insulin, the device will prove to be incredibly helpful for many users. The main goals were to research users who battle diabetes everyday and find the most efficient and useful ways to provide a helpful management system.
